Our Purpose: Grow in faith, Go in love, and Glow in giftedness to the glory of God.
Our faith (trust) is in Jesus' death for our sin. His resurrection empowers us to grow, one step at a time. His love is our mission, making sure everyone around us has an opportunity to know Jesus as well. Our combined giftedness creates community to reach our community.
Why God? Why man?
When I consider your heavens,
the work of your fingers,
the moon and the stars,
which you have set in place,
what is mankind that you are mindful of them,
human beings that you care for them?
Psalm 8:3-4
We are loved more than we know, more than we can imagine!
Does God care? Do we? What if the love of God is real? Is He waiting to transform me? What if I am the problem? Could seeking Him change my life?
God is love. When we walk away from Him, we lose touch with His love. And His love is unlike all other loves. In His light, we see light and everything else more clearly. In His love, we experience the love that defines all other loves. Not all loves are loyal. Not all loves are true. Not all loves are loving.
Gracepoint is dedicated to cultivating loving relationships. First, with God. But also with each other.
Why Gracepoint?
How do you find a church? In some ways, you don't. If you found this website on your own, you are unique. Hopefully, you are here because of an invite from Gracepoint. We don't claim any special status for ourselves. People don't belong to a "church," they belong to each other as God gives us to one another. Here we grow, go, and learn to glow in our walk with the LORD. And we do that together.
